Common questions

Is this service only for large companies?

No. Smaller businesses often need the biggest security uplift because avoidable gaps in accounts, devices, and websites are common and expensive when ignored.

Do you support staff awareness training?

Yes. Training is available because people and process are a major part of business security, not just tools.

Can this include website hardening?

Yes. Website and platform hardening is available both inside broader engagements and as a specialist support service.

Do you cover CCTV installation in homes and offices?

Yes. We size, supply, install, and maintain CCTV systems for homes, shops, offices, clinics, and estates. Every package includes cameras, NVR with HDD storage, monitoring screen, cabling, mounting, configuration, mobile-app setup, and a 12-month workmanship warranty. We also support PTZ, AI analytics, LPR, and 24/7 monitoring on the larger tiers.

How many days of CCTV footage does each package store?

Retention depends on resolution, motion-only vs continuous recording, and storage size. As a guide: Starter (1TB) gives ~14 days at 2MP across 4 channels; Standard (2TB) gives ~30 days at 4MP across 8 channels; Business (4TB) gives ~30 days at 4–5MP across 16 channels with motion-priority recording. We can extend storage at any time using the per-TB add-on.

Will my CCTV still work during a power outage or grid failure?

Yes — the Business tier includes a 4-hour UPS for cameras + NVR, and the Enterprise tier adds generator-changeover coordination. For Starter and Standard tiers we recommend pairing with our solar inverter packages so the cameras keep recording through outages.
